平板计数琼脂（PCA）培养基的配方[ 青岛日水 ]
用途：用于细菌总数测定（GB 4789.2-2010，SN0168-92 ，GB13093-91，SN/T 2098-2008和ISO4833-2003）。
原理：蛋白胨和酵母浸粉作为基础营养物质提供一般细菌生长所需的氮源、碳源、B族维生素和其它营养物质；葡萄糖提供生长代谢所需的能量物质；琼脂作为凝固剂。
配制方法:
称取本品23.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中（可按比例增加或减少配制量）,加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固,备用。

Dextrose（葡萄糖）：1.0g
Agar（琼脂）：15.0g
pH7.0±0.2(25℃)
Formulation of Plate Count Agar (PCA) medium
Usage: Used for total bacterial count determination (GB 4789.2-2010, SN0168-92, GB13093-91, SN/T 2098-2008 and ISO4833-2003).
Principle: peptone and yeast extract as basic nutrients to provide nitrogen, carbon, B vitamins and other nutrients for general bacterial growth; glucose to provide the energy needed for growth and metabolism; agar as a coagulant.
Method of preparation:
Weigh this product 23.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be proportionally increased or reduced formulation), heat and boil until completely dissolved, sub-packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar deposition in the bottom of the vessel and solidify, reserve.
