第十五届国际生物发光和化学发光会议招展通知

由国际生物发光和化学发光学会（International Society for Bioluminescence & Chemiluminescence [ISBC]）主办， 中国生物物理学会光生物学专业委员会承办，中国化学学会发光及动力分析专业委员会和中国物理学会发光学分会协办的第十五届国际生物发光和化学发光会议（15th ISBC）定于2008年5月13-16日在上海举行。会议将重点围绕着生物发光、化学发光的基础和应用研究，生物医学研究中的发光成像，发光相关的医学仪器和高通量药物筛选，生物发光、化学发光与生物进化、环境变化、生态系统变迁的关系，荧光、磷光的形成与应用，生物发光、化学发光、荧光、磷光相关的新技术和新方法等主题，讨论和交流在生物发光和化学发光研究领域的最新研究和重要进展，并为本领域的国内外与会学者提供互相交流的学术平台。现将会议具体事宜通知如下：

2. Basic and applied chemiluminescence: reaction mechanisms, biosensor, chemical assays, molecular labeling, and detection of reactive oxygen and nitric species.
3. Fluorescent proteins and their biomedical application.
4. Development and biomedical application of quantum dots and other inorganic fluorescent materials.
5. Bioluminescence, chemiluminescence and fluorescence imaging.
6. Environmental, evolutionary and ecological aspects of bioluminescence.
7. Bioluminescence-, chemiluminescence- and fluorescence-based instrumentation and high throughput screening.
8. Other related aspects of bioluminescence, chemiluminescence, fluorescence and phosphorescence.

Three levels of support for ISBC 2008 can be chosen by sponsors::
1. Conference Sponsor: Contribute USD $4000 more to ISBC 2008 (one free registration)

The Trade Exhibition will be held in the Galaxy Hotel in Shanghai from May 13-17, 2008. The Exhibition is conveniently located close to the main conference room, facilitating participant interaction with the vendors and items on display.

2 x 2 square meter standard booth: US$1500/booth
A standard booth will be provided with ready-to-display facilities including:
· Fascia board with company name in English (Chinese also, if needed)
· Side and back walls

· One desk and two chairs
· One socket: 5 Amp/220V
· Basic lighting (2 lamps)
Exhibition Services
· Help in obtaining visas for exhibitors'''''''' personnel, hotel accommodations, and ticketing services (Please refer to the 2nd circular of the conference)
· A complete freight forwarding service through a designated contractor
· Free entry in the exhibition to all attendees at the exhibition
Space Application and Allocation of Stand Sites
· Exhibit space will be assigned to sponsors first and then on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the completed Exhibition Booth Reservation Form and payments.
· The floor plan for the exhibition booth indicating the available stand sites will be available in early March 2008. You are kindly requested to study it and mark your first three choices both on the reservation form and the floor plan. It is important that you indicate three different spaces in different areas.
· Booth allocations will be made in April, 2008. All reservations with the payment should therefore be received no later than March 15, 2008.
